The Literacy Council of the Black Hills is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) organization providing free, individualized tutoring and group educational opportunities to help people meet their personal goals and enhance their contributions to the community.
We also offer workshops to train volunteers in tutoring basic reading and writing skills and English as a second language.
